Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. These Terms are not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Injunctive Relief
You agree that any actual or threatened breach of these Terms will cause BullionMatch irreparable damage for which monetary damages would be inadequate. In the event of such a breach, BullionMatch is entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief without posting bond.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between BullionMatch and you. They may only be modified with the express written consent of BullionMatch. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms will be interpreted to best effect the intent of the parties. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. BullionMatch may assign its rights and delegate its obligations; you may not without prior written consent.
